Who We Are
Euclid Development Partner, Euclid Partners for short, is the brainchild of Raymond Sheley from many years ago. Raymond's idea behind Euclid Partners is to be a multi-faceted development company, partnering with best-in-class partners including architects, to consult on and/or develop commercial and residential projects that go beyond the ordinary. That truth is evident from its name - derived from the Greek mathematician and geometer, Euclid, the founder of modern geometry and author of the work, Elements, a pre-cursor of algebra and number theory. Simply put, Euclid bridged the gap between "art" and "beauty" of the ancient Greeks and "logic." He found beauty in shapes and lines.

After being in Atlanta for many years, Raymond and his wife, Lori, have brought Euclid Partners to the Lake Burton and Clayton area and are pleased to announce their first local project. The Enclave At Waterfall is a small 6 to 8 home development inside the Waterfall community outside Clayton, Georgia and located just off beautiful Lake Burton.
The Enclave
The Waterfall at Lake Burton community is an approximately 200 lot upscale, gated community sitting directly above beautiful Lake Burton. Located off Highway 76 west of Clayton, Georgia, the Waterfall community boasts over 60 homes and within the confines of the community lies The Waterfall Club, a separate private club with on site golf, tennis, fitness, sauna and 4 dining options, providing the Waterfall community unprecedented access to on site amenities. The Waterfall community features its own water and sanitary sewer system (absolutely no septic systems allowed) as well as high speed internet service from TruVista.
The Enclave at Waterfall, developed by Euclid Partners, lies on the north side of the community and boasts direct Northern views over the protected Southern Nantahala forest and consists of 6-8 homes, all of which will be nestled around a common private access road. The architectural goals of The Enclave center around smaller (2300-2800 SF), highly efficient modern mountain cottages - sleek and sexy with modern lines but with the warmth of more traditional mountain homes. Designed by the Atlanta architectural firm of Jones Pierce, the Enclave provides everything you need and want, all within a highly efficient floorplan. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths with an open floor plan and 10-plus foot ceilings throughout with the main living area vaulted to 23 feet. The Enclave homes are located within a private and secluded area of The Waterfall, have expansive outdoor living space and floor to ceiling windows to capture the northern mountain views. Supplementing the team at Jones Pierce, the Atlanta design group, Studio B, has carefully curated every material, every line, every view. The interior color palettes are warm, not cold or distant, and feature high-end appliances like Thermador.
The first two homes of The Enclave are expected to be substantially complete near the end of 2024.
